Jeanne is a designated: Seniors Real Estate Specialist. (SRES) Jeanne's degree in Psychology along with extensive studies in Aging & volunteering with VON (Victorian Order of Nurses, now Acclaim Health) makes her the perfect fit for any Senior looking for a realtor who has the knowledge and care to make their transaction as smooth as possible.  We provide special services to the Senior client to help facilitate an easier, less stressful transition and move for both Seniors and their families. For a Senior the process of leaving one's home may be difficult both physically and emotionally depending on age and whether they have family members or other support in town to give them assistance. Their next home may require special features that need to be considered that Jeanne is well aware of such as: a walk in shower, elevator, close to shops & public transit, and proximity to Senior centre programs & activities.

We help coordinate the following in order to get top dollar and a smooth transition:
  • Bringing in our Senior moving specialist to help declutter, organize and pack.
  • Our Senior specialist is an expert on all local retirement homes & nursing homes. She is available to take Seniors around to find the right fit. Often family members are busy with work or live out of town and are not familiar with all the options available for Seniors. Seniors often like having a specialist to assist with this transition.
  • Our stager will help prepare the home for sale once our moving specialist is finished.
  • Pre list home inspection to make sure home is ready for sale.
  • Painters and handyman if needed.
  • Cleaning services if needed once we are ready to list.
  • Professional floor plan with measurements (see our Boutique Services link for samples).
  • Professional photos with HD video (see our Boutique Services link for samples).
  • Paperwork and keys with lawyers.
